Crochet Pattern: Lucky Shamrock

Need a lucky charm? Maybe this four-leaf clover will do it for you. You can use it as an applique or pin it to an outfit, for a fortune boost even if the only lucky thing that happens is not getting pinched. Have fun crocheting this cute, little shamrock!

Skill Level:

Finished Size: 3.5″ (9 cm) wide, 4.5″ (11.5 cm) tall

Materials:
Medium Weight Yarn (approximately 15 yards)
Crochet Hook H (5.0 mm)

No gauge

Crochet Pattern: Lucky Shamrock

Stem
Row 1: ch 9, hdc in 3rd ch from hook and in each ch across: 7 hdc
Do not finish off, continue with leaves.

Leaves
Row 1: (Ch 9, sl st in side of last hdc of stem) 4 times, (sc in first ch, hdc in next ch, 2 dc in next 5 ch, hdc in next ch, sc in next ch) 4 times: 56 sts
Finish off.

      A Shamrock is a 3 leaf plant – this pattern has four.
      someone is mistaking a four leaf clover for a shamrock.
