Crochet Pattern: Cupcake Hat (5 Sizes)

There’s a new pattern in the Crochet Spot Store! This is a fun and cute hat to crochet and wear. The pattern comes in 5 sizes ranging from baby to large adult. The hat is crocheted in the round from the top down. The pink “icing” has a spiraled texture and the brown “wrapper” has a simple ribbing texture. The cupcake hat fits like a beanie, but you can adjust the length of each hat using the instructions within the pattern if desired. This pattern is not recommended for beginners unless you’re up for a challenge!

   I’m finally getting around to making this. Question; on round 2 it says work in back loops only. Is this supposed to be throughout the pattern or just for round two? Pattern isn’t clear on this.

     Hi Carrie! You will work in the back loops only starting on round 2 and throughout, until you get to the post stitches where you’ll work around the posts. Let me know if you need more help with it!
