Finished Size: 4″ (10 cm) wide, 4″ (10 cm) tall
Materials: Medium Weight Yarn (approximately 50 yards of main color and 5 yards of contrasting color) Crochet Hook G (4.00 mm) Polyester Fiberfill Dried Rosemary or herb of choice |
Gauge:
6 sc = 2″
6 rows = 2″
Gauge Swatch: 2″ w x 2″h (5 cm x 5 cm) ch 7
Row 1: sc in second ch from hook and in each ch across: 6 sc
Row 2 – 6: ch 1, turn, sc in each sc across: 6 sc
Finish off.

Crochet Pattern: Rosemary Sachet
Sachet (make 2)
Row 1: with main color, ch 13, sc in second chain from hook and in each ch across: 12 sc
Row 2 – 20: ch 1, turn, sc in each ch across: 12 sc
Finish off.
Edging:
Hold 2 sachet pieces together with wrong sides together. With contrasting color, join yarn with sl st at lower right corner.
Row 1: Working through all stitches, sc evenly all the way around the sachet, work 2 sc in each corner, with a few inches remaining, stuff sachet with fiberfill and rosemary, sc remaining stitches, finish off.
Hanging Loop:
With contrasting color, join yarn with sl st at top right-hand corner of sachet, ch 10, sl st into same stitch as beginning join, finish off.

I tried twice to print rosemary sachet and only get as far as first row instructions. Can you email direct to me or suggest what I can do to correct this? I love the thought of using up small amount of color. Thanks Bonnie

Hi there 🙂 I love this idea! The colours got me thinking you could make two semicircles and sew them together instead of two rectangles and you could make it look like a slice of fruit 🙂

Or crochet a round piece, fold it in half, and sc around the outer edges–such as a pink circle, folded in half, and edged with green–a watermelon slice!
