Bags are one of those items a person just can’t have enough of, I always say. This book bag pattern is created using an interesting stitch design that is surprisingly simple to create. It gives the bag texture that makes it stand out from the crowd. For accent, I chose to use a tree and a cute hedgehog but you can use your own appliques as well to give it a completely different look! Feel free to line the interior of the bag for extra strength if you’re going to carry heavy books.
