They’re a quick and fun project you can do in many “flavors” of yarn and beads. The number of beads give the earrings some weight, but they’re still quite light and easy to wear. |

Finished Size: 1″ (2.5 cm) wide, 1 1/2″ (4 cm) tall
Materials: Size 5 thread (approximately 5 yards) Crochet Hook C (2.75 mm) 46 seed beads |
Gauge:
Rows 1 – 9 in pattern measure 1″ (2.5 cm) wide by 1 1/2″ (4 cm) tall

Crochet Pattern: Pineapple Upside-Down Earrings
String beads onto thread
Row 1: Make adjustable ring, ch 1, sc with bead: 1 sc
Row 2: ch 1, turn, 3 sc in sc: 3 sc
Row 3: ch 1, turn, sc with bead in each sc across: 3 sc
Row 4: ch 1, turn, 2 sc in first sc, sc in next sc, 2 sc in last sc: 5 sc
Row 5: ch 1, turn, sc with bead in each sc across: 5 sc
Row 6: ch 1, sc in first 2 sc, 3 sc in next sc, sc in last 2 sc: 7 sc
Row 7: ch 1, turn, sc with bead in each sc across: 7 sc
Row 8: turn, sl st in each sc across: 7 sl st
Row 9: turn, ch 3, tr with bead in each sl st across, sl st in last sl st: 7 tr
Finish off. Add ear wire.
