I am so excited for the winners!
I just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful set of crochet hooks that arrived last week. Not only are the hooks themselves very comfortable but the case is even more beautiful in person. Looking forward to spring to use my spring blanket.
Bravo! To all the winners! All the entries were thoughtful and beautifully created.
My proudest crochet accomplishment of the year was to teach a new crocheter to crochet. She completed a cap and a Christmas tree for her first two projects. I am unable to attach her pictures but that is still my proudest accomplishment of the year. Mary
Congratulations to the winners of the contest. Yes I’m jealous of those that won but I think all of us who participated feel the same. Thank you Rachelle to giving us this challenge. It inspired me to work on my projects. My crochet is my form of meditation. After a stressful day at work, I can pick up my crochet and the stress just drains away. Crocheting has helped me come out depression from an illness, it keeps my mind sharp because of the stitch pattern and it works my hands while decreasing the discomfort from Fibromyalgia and arthritis.
Thanks so much for all you give on crochet spot as I crochet all the time and yarn is soooo much in short supply in india . Crochet is my meditation and it keeps my creative streak alive .
I am eagerly waiting for the yarn and I would love to participate in 2016 too to share more about crochet ideas.
Thank youuuuu.
