There’s a new pattern in the Crochet Spot Store! Here is a fun and cute hat for babies, kids, and adults! Celebrate the spring season with this fun watermelon styled hat. The hat is crocheted in the round from the top down. It’s crocheted with an openwork stitch pattern so it’s comfy to wear in the warmer weather. The hat is constructed with black beads throughout to resemble the seeds of a watermelon. Experience crocheting with beads is a plus, but isn’t necessary.

Crochet Pattern: Round Flower Pillow Cover

There’s a new pattern in the Crochet Spot Store! Crochet this pillow cover to cover up a 14″ round pillow. This is the round version of the original Flower Pillow Cover. You can cover an old pillow that needs a new look, or a plain white pillow insert. The pillow cover can be used as a permanent cover, or as a removable cover with a zipper, Velcro, or buttons – your choice! The large flower is crocheted all in one piece to create the front of the cover, and then sewn together with a solid back piece.

Crochet Pattern: Pacifier Holder with Flowers

There’s a new pattern in the Crochet Spot Store! Pacifier holders are great if you’re always loosing your pacifiers. The end of the pacifier holder that is appliqued with a flower is clipped to the baby’s clothing while the other end dangles with a pacifier. These holders can also be used for small toys, not just pacifiers! Pacifiers and toys can easily be removed from the holder so that they can be washed.

The robe is crocheted all in one piece from the top down, so that no sewing is required. The strap is crocheted separately, then tied around the waist to secure the robe. Slippers are seamlessly crocheted from the bottom up, and fit snugly around the doll’s feet. Feel free to mix and match any two complementing colors to create this robe and slipper set. For a soft, fuzzy outfit, use a boucle or short eyelash yarn.

There’s a new pattern in the Crochet Spot Store! Layering pieces, such as this overskirt, are great for extending the wardrobe. Make it for your favorite tween girl to jazz up a boring skirt or a tunic and leggings. In the summer, it also makes a good coverup for a swimsuit. The skirt is crocheted in one piece from the waist down. The skirt uses an elastic cord at the waist, but you can use a drawstring instead if desired.
