The skirt is crocheted in white, then the red ruffles are crocheted onto the skirt so that no sewing is required! Feel free to make this skirt uniquely yours by adding more ruffles or using more fun colors. Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to crochet this skirt as ruffles are notorious for taking a while to crochet, although always worth it.
