Materials: Medium Weight Yarn (approximately 35 yards total) Crochet Hook J (6 mm) Crochet Hook H (5 mm) |

One finished link measures 2″ (5 cm) on each side.

Crochet Pattern: Triangle Link Bracelet
Note: Make 9 links or as many links to achieve the the bracelet length that you desire.
Round 1: With J hook, ch 9, sl st in first ch to form ring, with H hook, ch 1, (sc in next ch, 6 sc in next ch, sc in next ch), sl st in beg ch-1 : 24 sc
Finish off. As you make more links, loop the new chain through the previous link before joining in the round. Loop the last chain through the previous link and the first link to close the bracelet. To keep the links from moving around, you can sew them in place.

I will give this a try. I am thinking about starting a crochet club for the 6-8th graders at my school and am trying to come up with a few easy beginners patterns to tempt them with. I have read all your posts about teaching others to crochet and have taught a few friends in the past. Any suggestions?
